My windmill arrived in New York in perfect condition, and I had the vanes assembled and installed on the base in less than 1/2 hour. They turn easily in a light wind, since they run on two bearings. The craftmanship is excellent and the poly material appears to be very rugged and able to withstand some severe weather. I also like the fact that the poly is made from recycled materials, and requires little maintenance. I am very happy with my purchase and expect that the windmill will be a nice addition to my tulip bed for many years to come.
